Some stuff I'm crushing on really hard at the moment:
1.) Ever since I saw Bobby Liebling's cool tangle of sinister pendants at the Pentagram concert a few weekends back, I've been wanting to recreate the look and wear it every single day. These two necklaces are the right combo of evil and pretty. Tarina Tarantino silver cast metal hollowpoint bullet bead necklace, $35, Karmaloop; chained pentagram necklace of 24" chain, $12, Imosh.
2.) I've been lusting after Miu Miu's fringed wool cardigan for some time now, but at nearly $1,500, I'd written it off as a fantasy -- until my LJ friend Stella linked me to this much more affordable version. How cute would it be with skinny jeans or over girly dresses? Looped cardigan jacket, $55.17, ASOS.
3.) I've seen a lot of bloggers get all holier-than-thou about buying things pre-distressed, but I say fuck it. DIYing a ripped-up tee at home is still faking it, and if you're not creatively inclined (or just lazy -- that's OK too), who cares if you let someone else tear the holes for you? Destroyed knit tee, $12.80, Forever 21.
4.) Recently I had a dream in which I was wearing a pair of pretty amazing chartreuse platforms, and since then I've been scouring the Web for something similar. These snakeskin pumps are so close it's uncanny. I'd love to throw these on to inject monochromatic outfits with a shot of color. DV by Dolce Vita citron pig snake "Fire" heel, $55.29, Endless.
5.) For fall I want intense lavender lips -- I just have a feeling the hue is going to be happening. The right shade is creamy, not frosty or shimmery, with more pink than blue. M·A·C lipstick in "Up The Amp," $14, www.maccosmetics.com.
6.) This studded skirt is so very Spring 2009 Balmain, and I am loving it. Imagine it worn with a loose white t-shirt, black leather jacket, opaque tights in a super bold shade (maybe chartreuse or cerulean), and killer patent heels. Perfect. Studded high waisted skirt, $100, Topshop.
7.) These shoulder-dusting jointed skeleton earrings are a little creepy, for sure, but they also have a sense of humor -- they remind me of kids' plastic Halloween jewelry -- and the playfulness offsets the gothy vibe nicely. They'd be a sick addition to a feminine outfit. "Koko" earrings, £20 (approximately $33), All Saints.

I love Miu Miu's fringed wool cardigan, but I love the Asos price a lot more. :)
