Looks That Kill: Easy Rider

Here are my new favorite jeans, the Judi Rosen elephant bells I ordered two weeks ago, worked into my casual Friday office outfit.

Click for full-size.

I have to admit I really prefer these jeans with a more bare top to counterbalance the volume on bottom, but since I'm at work I went for this loose tunic top with an openweave collar. Clearly it's a pretty retro look. I feel like I'd be right at home on the back of Peter Fonda's motorcycle in Easy Rider. I almost wore these with a vintage knit blouse I have, but it felt almost too '70s for work -- better suited for going out at night.

High-waisted jeans: Judi Rosen, $67.50 on sale at Shopbop.
Openweave collar tunic top: Forever 21, $8 on sale a few months ago.
Rust suede platform sandals: Natural Comfort, $29.99 on Ebay.
Gold cuff: $3 or $4 at For Love 21.
Vintage arrowhead earrings: $3 at Scuda in Huntington Beach.

While I love those jeans, I'm madly IN love with that top! I think the looseness of it actually compliments the jeans rather well!
