How They Do It: Farron and Jenny

Here's a new little feature which I'll hopefully be able to maintain. I have so many well-dressed friends, and I run into so many well-dressed people at parties and out on the town, so I'm going to try to start documenting good outfits that I see to share with you.

Here are a couple from a party a friend of mine threw on Saturday night:

This is my roommate and good friend Farron, who has singular taste and always looks incredible. Her tastes lean toward the high-end, and she wears a lot of black. I liked this outfit because she managed to take an all-black palette and still look fresh and summery. Pairing the romantic, fancy top with chic sandals kept the look casual, but she still looked dressed up and put-together.

Jenny here was a friend's date for the evening and I couldn't get enough of her adorable, effortless outfit. It just goes to show that sometimes something as simple as a t-shirt really works. I loved her simple leather bag with the body-crossing long strap, the little gold details on her vintage flats, and the way she amped up a basic outfit with a braided belt. So cute!
